Job Responsibilities,

1. Provide timely & effective service to customers, in patience, according to standard service process.
2. Be responsible for customer’s enquiry about technical support & after market service, with correct understanding and professional products knowledge.
3. Be familiar with system maintenance and ensure all of the calls are maintained in system timely and correctly.
4. Handling customer complaint, coordinate with cross function to make corrected action.
5. Forward the customers comments to internal related department to improve the customer satisfaction.
6. Consolidate the call details, solution and products information into Knowledge base and provide the facility for the daily work.
7. Perform any work arrangement.

Job Requirement,

1. With years of experience in Customer services industry that able to handle the customer communication individually.
2. High responsibility.
3. Good & pleasant personality.
4. Well communication & coordination skill;
5. Experienced in computer skill.
6. Good at English.
