As part of GN Hearing, Beltone provides premium hearing care solutions to people across 60 markets around the world. And with more than 1,500 stores in the US, Beltone is one of the leading hearing aid retail brands in North America. As part of Global Brand Management and Communications in GN Hearing, you will team up with the Head of the Brand to set the direction for the Beltone brand.

Launch products that make life sound better
Together with the team, you develop the overall brand strategy and the marketing project pipeline, tool boxes and related concepts. Acting as the project manager for all ongoing campaigns and product launches, you will have a broad interface with internal and external stakeholders to build B2B and B2C marketing efforts across online and offline channels. Doing so, you will:

• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to define product value propositions for new product launches
• Prepare launch kick-offs and marketing summits to present new products
• Brief external creative agencies on the development of new concepts and campaigns and review and approve the final content
• Work with the digital team to ensure our presence across online channels
• Managing user tests with the Strategy and Business Insights team to ensure data-driven marketing efforts
• Maintain close contact to sales and marketing managers across our global markets to meet specific market needs

Working from our HQ in Ballerup, you can expect to travel approx. 20 days a year, primarily to the USA.

Marketing pro with great project management skills
As great results are reached through fruitful collaborations, your winning personality and teamwork abilities are key. Moreover, we imagine that you:
• Bring an academic background combined with 5+ years of experience managing large marketing projects, perhaps from an agency or a global headquarter function
• Have a flair for creative concept development e.g. from developing marketing tools, campaigns or product launches
• Possess excellent communication skills in English, and you know how to prepare and give convincing presentations
