In Global Master Data you will join a team of dedicated colleagues who are located in China, Denmark and UK. We are focused on building a high level of data quality and structure to be used for decision making at all levels of the company. We enjoy a great atmosphere and focus on sparring to reach the best results possible.

Strengthen and develop the Master Data structure

You join us in a role, where you will help ensure that there is an alignment of the financial and reporting data elements across the different entities and ERP systems used within GN Hearing. These data elements form the foundation for decisions at management levels. You will drive optimization cases both independently and as part of a global team. You will gain a broad network locally as well as internationally, as you will be in contact with finance managers across the globe. In particular, you:
• Monthly performance analysis driven by KPIs
• Develop and improve processes and work instructions related to master data
• Analysis, identification and follow up on data quality
• Implementation of data elements for reporting purposes
• Drive and participate in reviews and initiatives to improve data quality
• Ensure service delivery is within agreed SLAs

Do you have what it takes to make GN Hearing even more successful?

• You have a minimum of 4 years work experience with Master Data or Controlling.
• You are an Excel super user and skills with SQL would be beneficial
• You speak and write English fluently.
• Your education level is not crucial but holding a bachelor’s degree would be preferable.

As a person, you possess excellent communication skills enabling you to get your message across and network across the organization. You are dedicated and ambitious and take an analytical approach to your work which not only results in quality reports but also a willingness to keep learning.
