Join the journey toward next generation reverse logistics solutions
Located at our office in Raubling, Germany you will join the EMEA Aftermarket Service team to ensure the timely and complete handling and delivery of customer replacement orders. You will take part in the ongoing optimization of our reverse logistics solutions, processes, and applications to make our return management models smarter, faster, and leaner while also mitigating challenges in flows, policies, and systems that support our customers.

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholder functions such as Sales, Quality, EMEA technical support team, our 3PL warehouse, and our customer base, your key tasks will include:

• Manage warranty returns for Jabra devices with a strong focus on Camera products in a global span, including data entry of returns and customer contact regarding warranty returns.
• Communicate daily with 3PL to provide guidance on return issues.
• Participate in optimization of IT systems and processes regarding functionality and usage within AMS teams globally, as well as process optimization.
• Participate in managing inventories at 3PL and ensure the inventory level in the ERP system matches the 3PL inventory level.
• Take part in the EMEA Aftermarket Services team and act as backup for team members.

International and innovative environment
In Raubling, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Aftermarket Services Manager and other team members in the EMEA Jabra Support & Services team to ensure superior customer experience and satisfaction. Furthermore, you will become part of a truly international environment collaborating with colleagues and internal stakeholders in NA, EMEA, and APAC regions. This will take you travelling 5-10 days a year.


You are a team player and focused on customer solutions
With your strong customer focus, you know how to serve customers, and at the same time ensure that operational processes are followed, enabling a smooth operation. Moreover, you bring:

• A background within supply chain or customer service with solid, documented experience working with forward or reverse logistics and corresponding flows and customer contacts, ideally in the telecom, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Team spirit, good organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple customers and orders.
• Solid IT experience working in an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX, as well as process understanding.
