Job Responsibilities:
- Capture and manage data related to leads, opportunities, etc. in the CRM and other tools
- Update CRM regularly to ensure the latest status is captured
- Monitor and mange efficacy of lead generation campaigns
- Train the team on use of CRM as a CRM power user
- Analyze data on CRM and provide insights and inputs to the team
- Gather and collate data from distributors on inventory and pipeline and create a 6-month rolling forecast for products
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and other reports
- Coordinate and follow-up with the India team
- Interact with distributors and resellers to get their revenue and inventory data
- Maintain all documents viz. contracts, agreements, reports, etc.
- Negotiate with vendors and provide data on product and prices for purchase office supplies, laptops, printers, etc. required for India team
- Coordinate and work on supporting the team for conducting customer events
- Supporting India team to set up meetings with customers
- Respond to requests for data from APAC and Global HQ
- Prepare QBR slide deck collating information from various stakeholders
- Liaise with HR for onboarding new employees and coordinate induction programs
- Manage samples
- Travel management

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication
- Language skills viz. English (mandatory) and knowledge of other Indian languages
- Well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Experience of working on CRM software like Microsoft CRM/ SFDC, etc.
- Excellent and high-level skills on Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Planning skills, event management skills will be an added advantage
- Ability to multi task
