Can you increase our sales across the globe?
Heading up your own team, your mission will be to promote a proactive approach across our International Accounts program. Join a multicultural and results-driven environment in this key role with great exposure to the leadership team.

Leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions

You will join Jabra’s Global Account Services organization, which drives our Global and International Accounts Sales Programs, focusing on a set of major multinational companies. Here, you will head up our IA team, taking on the role of manager for the team’s two IA program managers. Doing so, you make sure that international accounts are offered nothing but the best integrated headset and communications solutions for professional use.

Make our International Accounts Program proactive
As the Director of International Accounts, you will strengthen the IA program by working with account representatives in the Jabra Sales regions as a business development consultant to help them proactively strengthen existing account engagements and to assist, prospect and engage with new and future opportunities. In connection with this, you will spend approximately 30% of your time traveling.

Leading the IA program, you will:
• Develop the strategy of the IA program, including defining and implementing R&R between the IA team & Jabra Regional Sales and create a marketing plan in support of IA
• Develop the governance model for the IA program, including regular reviews and reporting at global and regional level
• Drive the development of tools to support and measure the success of the program across CRM, sales pipeline, account planning and pricing
• Provide business development support to local account managers on key opportunities to maximize Jabra engagement across sales regions
• Conduct monthly cadence calls with sales regions, sharing IA accounts, sales pipelines and key engagements

“A key part of your role will be to develop strong relationships across the Jabra Sales regions, encouraging everyone to try a new approach. In essence, your mission will be to listen, challenge and transform,” says Andrew Pratt, VP of Global Account Services.

Strong commercial profile with engaging leadership skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural-born negotiator and a strong advocate for change. As a confident leader, you know how to build relationships, push your ideas and get everyone on board.
Moreover, you:

• Have solid experience within sales and/or sales operations – ideally including B2B sales management experience across international markets, perhaps within the IT industry
• Preferably, have experience with team management and can see yourself managing highly skilled individuals across cultures and borders
• Have excellent English competencies in both speech and writing – and if you know German, French or Spanish, it is an advantage but not a prerequisite
