Job Summary
Provide HR professional support to APAC Business Leaders, including recruitment, C&B, performance management, labour relation, employee development etc. and to support a general working environment that maximizes the contributions of employees and GN's business development in APAC including Australia, Singapore, Japan, India, Korea, and HK, etc.

Key Responsibilities
⚫ Develop and execute all HR Business Partner activities including recruitment, induction, compensation, employee relations, performance management and employee separation etc.
⚫ Support to roll out global HR processes and policies in APAC, involve in global and regional HR projects.
⚫ Provide HR consulting service to the business leaders in APAC sales and other functions in the region, provide necessary HR training to managers and employees
⚫ To be HR contact window for employees in APAC and handle various questions regarding HR policies, procedures and employee benefits.
⚫ Maintain employee personal files according to GN global guidelines and comply with internal audit requirements.
⚫ Support in employee communication and co-ordinate local employee activities or events
⚫ Follow up other tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager.

⚫ Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
⚫ 4 year plus HR management experience in international company, IT & Hi-tech industry preferred.
⚫ At least 3-year experience as HR BP.
⚫ Hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR, extensive experience on recruitment is preferred
⚫ Ability to build up strong relationship with key stakeholders
⚫ Ability to interact, influence and partner with a diverse team
⚫ Self-driven, highly motivated, good team player
