Jabra Hong Kong has now looking for an Commercial Sales Manager (B2B) based in Hong Kong to lead our enterprise team and continue to drive the Hong Kong Enterprise business to new heights. We have a two-tier go-to-market model with a Distribution, Resellers and End-users around Hong Kong. This Is a great opportunity for the right candidate who wants to move up a country sales lead position as their next job and join a winning team! This role reports to the Country Manager, Hong Kong & Taiwan.

This person would ideally have a background in technology sales with the willingness to expand the Jabra sales footprint in Hong Kong and would be responsible for
� Achieving the Hong Kong and Macau target;
� Being the face of the Jabra Hong Kong Enterprise business and therefore comfortable with media and other social media;
� Managing the care and feeding of the distribution and reseller network helping them grow, improve their skills, grow, identify and eventually close opportunities;
� Work with the currently existing channel or if needed identify new channel partners to work with;
� Constant negotiation with customers, potential customers, partners, alliances and more to grow the Jabra market and mindshare in Hong Kong;
� Controlling (and giving) discounts to win deals;
� Strategic and scenario planning for growth.
� Operations reporting, CRM and the usual back office work required in a modern sales team

To be a successful candidate, you should be
� High energy, aggressive and willing to take the initiative and be rewarded for it and able to work independently;
� Have a demonstrated track record of at least 6 years' experience selling technology in the B2B sector;
� Comfortable and Conversant with modern telecoms technology and familiar with Unified Communications.
� Be comfortable with senior leadership in clients, the channel and alliance partners;
� Able to travel around Hong Kong & Macau to visit clients and channel partners;
� Have experience in enterprise sales but we are flexible so software sales, hardware sales, consulting, SaaS etc are all acceptable;
� A fan of electronic gadgets is preferred and this will be tested during the interview process!
� Currently in Hong Kong and already possess the right to work in Hong Kong. No sponsorship is available for this position.
