GN Audio (Jabra), a global leader in innovative audio solutions, is on an amazing growth journey and are now
looking for a talented and passionate Product Marketing Manager.
JOB SUMMARY
� As part of a recent acquisition Jabra’s wide range of audio solutions has now been complemented with
new ground-breaking video solutions to boost better Collaboration across the Globe. To ensure Jabra
maximizes the impact of this new addition to the portfolio in the field the primary responsibility will be to
ensure all regional teams understand the surrounding the new video solution as well
as the other Use Cases in Jabra. This will help our sales and marketing teams in the regions to better
navigate towards the correct that in an industry that is ever growing in solution complexity.
� The Regional Product Marketing Manager within the Global Product Marketing Team is responsible for
bringing these Use Cases alive within their respective regions. Working closely with each of the
respective Use Case owners within the Product Marketing team and with the Product Management
counterparts based in Copenhagen, you will daily be relied upon to be able to give the most up to date
information and support to your respective region. Ensuring we always deliver the full end to end
experience. Essentially, the role involves being both a "story teller", a marketer and a product specialist
all to help sales close the deal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
� Support sales and evangelize the Use Cases by being the lead story teller in your region
� Support sales and marketing around the planning and implementation of the internal product G2M
strategy within your region.
� Tailoring and telling of the Use Case and product stories to excite, educate and enable regional
stakeholders to successfully sell and market our product portfolio.
� Work with the HQ Product Marketing Use Case owners to develop a product positioning that resonates
with your respective region.
� Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales teams and develop the sales tools that
support the selling process of your products through an understanding of your local region, it’s buying
behavior and our selling process.
� Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage cross functional implementation of the plan.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ROLE

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
� Minimum 5-7 years experience in marketing roles at top tier companies
� Experienced working in a regional product/marketing role presenting to external audience, be it
partners or external customers/press.
� Project Management and coordination across functional groups
� Expertise/understanding of the AV/Video conferencing market, Unified Communication and/or consumer
electronics will be an advantage.
� Excellent Microsoft Office skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
COMMUNICATIONS
� Outstanding communicator who can easily adapt style and content to internal & external audiences
� Ability to liaise and manage relationships across both regional and global stakeholders
� Excellent general communications skills (written, oral & listening) Must also have excellent presentation
skills and experience of presenting in front of customers and preferably to senior management
IMPACT
� Deliver major business impact by being the focal point in your region for product stories, new product
introductions competitive insights and other relevant sales tools that makes you the key partner for your
regional sales and marketing teams when we are trying to bring the Use Cases to live at events,
customers meetings and/or training events.
EDUCATION
� Educated to degree level as a minimum with a preference in Business or Marketing
CRITERIA FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

� Experience and understanding of the Marketing and Sales process
� Great presenter and a strong influencer
� Proven experience within B2C markets and or B2B markets
� Knowledge of global audio solutions markets, market trends
� You have a nose for a customer value and story
� you ask the so what, you know how to translate features into marketable benefits.
� Experience with Solution Selling or similar sales methodologies
