Ready to take on your own geographical territory, representing a strong brand with a solid customer base? How would you like to have responsibility for the Scottish B2B market?

Welcome to GN Audio – home of Jabra

At GN Audio, we lead major technology shifts with our intelligent audio solutions. Joining us, you will represent a strong brand with a solid, growing client base, and you will work with the largest private and public enterprises.

Specifically, you will join our North team but work from home and travel often to meet clients within Scotland. We are 65 colleagues in the team, each with responsibilities within the UK, Ireland, the Nordics and the Baltics. We are greatly passionate and proud of the brand we represent and ready to support you just as we support each other with our endeavors.

Take on a market of your own
With responsibility for maintaining and growing the Scottish market, you will take over the existing client base consisting of both end customers and channel clients, but also work to expand it by forging new relations.

“We are particularly interested in growing the Jabra market share within large in-house and outsourced contact centers. You will have the complete responsibility for this, so this is a great opportunity for you to plan your processes as you see fit,” says Territory Sales Director of Ireland & Scotland John Nesbitt.

To accomplish this, you:
• Develop a network of key decision-makers within the IT & Communications departments of your target accounts
• Drive awareness of Jabra’s innovative Unified Communications solutions in target accounts
• Deliver monthly forecasts via CRM reporting
• Engage with the Global Accounts team to ensure consistent delivery of the Jabra sales strategy across markets
• Travel within Scotland to meet with clients and visit our HQ once per quarter to participate in sales meetings and collaborate with colleagues

Represent an innovative portfolio of telecom solutions
We always look for innovative ways of making communication simple and effortless. Now, we are ready to take the next step.

“In 2019, we will expand our portfolio with video products to create a Unified Communications solution that caters to all telecom needs of our customers. This is new territory to us, which is really exciting – and you will be a central part of bringing our new portfolio to the Scottish market,” John explains.

Account manager with technical flair
Dedicated and ambitious, you are driven to grow a market independently, and you are capable of managing your daily tasks in a highly organized manner. Business planning is second nature to you, and you know how to prioritize between processes and clients depending on urgency and potential business value.

Furthermore, you have:
• 2+ years of proven experience with key/territory account management or the like – experience within Unified Communications, telecom and IT is a plus
• Experience with working remotely or from a home office
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, including senior management, and you speak fluent English
• Knowledge of CRM, and you are well versed in reporting
