Job Summary: Develop marketing strategy and plan, have overall responsibility of product management, marketing operation, market order control, customer management, etc.

Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain marketing strategy and plan
-Closely cooperate with sales team, and keep close contact with customers, collect most updated market/customer information for guideline the direction of strategies
-Deeply understand competitive environment, and identify the actions and strategies of competitors
-Manage marketing budget and implement all marketing activities under the budget
-Judge, analyse and report performance and strategic growth
-Support sales manager for implementation of growth tactics to maximize business performance
-Develop and execute marketing communication plan, including organizing seminar, initiatives and all relative necessary preparation
-Ensure the effective implementation of plan, including results, expense and management of suppliers

-Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, IT or relative majors
-No less than 8 years relative working experiences in Marketing, and no less than 2 years working experiences in sales and MNC preferred.
-Good command of English for both oral and written, standard Mandarin
-Highly skilled in computer applications
