Work with the entire Jabra product portfolio

“As the sales manager, I have overall responsibility for the market, but I trust you to take responsibility for the sales revenue and contribution margin budgets for assigned accounts within Benelux. This is a unique chance to develop our strategic partner relations and implement commercial action plans as you see fit,” says Mauro Menegaldo, Sales Manager for Online & Retail.

Take responsibility for a strong market
With partners such as MediaMarkt, CoolBlue,, Krëfel, Fnac Vanden Borre, and others, we are already well represented within the Benelux market. So your main focus will be to further develop our relationship with established partners to strengthen the sales of the Jabra portfolio.

Specifically, you will:
- Identify new business opportunities with our established partners
- Implement our commercial action and marketing plans together with our partners
- Increase brand awareness through our 3 pillars: visibility, recommendation and promotion
- Establish and execute periodical activities with partners, such as weekly business reports and periodic account plans
- Regularly monitor and analyze the inventory of our partners and perform planning and sales forecasts in line with established objectives

We have an office in Amsterdam where you can have a desk to call your own. You are however free to work from home, whether you live in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg.

Partake in the further development of our strategy
We are not just interested in achieving high sales through our partners. We are just as interested in how our partners sell our products. So you will partake in the further development of our commercial action and marketing plans and work with our partners to ensure that these are implemented and executed.

Experienced account manager with a passion for consumer electronics
Open-minded and curious, you are always seeking out new opportunities for personal and professional development. You have a good understanding of marketing, enabling you to actively contribute to commercial development and explain strategy and insights to both internally and externally. Furthermore, you believe in listening more than speaking, which aids you in the development of strong, strategic partnerships.

You also bring:
- 5+ years of experience with retail account management within consumer electronics in Benelux – experience with audio is considered an advantage
- The flexibility to travel regularly within Benelux, and sometimes further abroad
- Experience with performing analyses and forecasts using Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French – additional languages are a plus
