Job Summary:
Lead the team to fulfill the sales target, implement the sales policy, supervise and manage the team, review the sales reports from sales representatives, team manage, etc.

Key Responsibility:
• Lead the team to fulfill the sales target;
• Execute the Event, including the planning, application, executing and follow-up of the sales promotion;
• Achieve the sales target, including customer visit, develop and manage distributors;
• Make summary and analyze of sales monthly and quarterly, hold regional sales meeting and make follow-up plan;
• Report the regional sales status, make the follow-up plan, and submit for materials for promotion and activities;
• Provider related training for customers, including software、dispensers and sales skills for stores;
• Coach every sales representative and help them to make sales plan;
• Manage sales team, including business management, people training, and recruitment.

• College degree or above, electronic or audiology related is preferred.
• 10 years or above experience in medical device industry or consumer electronic industry, 5 years team management.
• Be familiar with distributors’ management and development.
• Good English and MS Office.
