Position: Finance Manager, ANZ
Immediate Superior: Finance Director, Asia Pacific
Work Scope: The role will have the following responsibilities:

To ensure bookkeeping, accounting, controlling and reporting are performed in compliances with local statutory requirements (local law) and GN Group Accounting principles.
• Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, controlling for GN Australia
• Drive alignment between local accounting and tasks handled by Finance Shared Service in China
• Reporting monthly, quarterly and year end closings, internal reporting and statutory reporting
• Responsible / facilitator of budget-, bonus and other processes outlined by Group or APAC management
• Opex management
• Payroll, pension, GST/VAT, Taxes and other local requirements
• Cash/bank transaction and working capital
• Secure that credit and commercial policies are followed across the region
• Legal, Insurances and contact window to other external GN partners, among those auditors and distributors
• Facilitator of HR issues, below that contracts, etc together with APAC HR
• Secure regulatory compliance and governance as per local laws and company guidelines
• Various ad-hoc tasks for Head of Finance and Operations APAC

SUPPORT TO LOCAL BUSINESS TEAM AND MD
• Work closely together and support local MD in Australia in any financial and business matters, including financial performance reports, business analysis, support building business cases, share insights in GMT strategies
• Support business to identify measure, manage and control risk and liabilities in daily business operations for various business areas, including business transaction risks, customer credit risks and other risks
• train and educate the local team with financial knowledge, process, what are the related elements needs to be considered, building a profit and loss mindset when developing business.

OTHER AD HOC SUPPORT
• as a local person to support regional HR and local MD in staff management, give advices, implement local rules etc
