Video Pre-Sales Manager

This position will be responsible for championing Jabra’s AV/VC solutions. You will work collaboratively with Jabra’s direct sales teams to provide support for all technical aspects of the sales cycle relate to our AV portfolio. The Video Pre-Sales Manager plays a vital role in establishing and supporting the technical sales relationship with prospects & clients. In concert with the sales managers, the Video Pre-Sales Manager maps product capabilities to client needs and sets mutually understood and accepted expectations related to our solutions to ensure the success of post-sale implementations.

Main Responsibility:
- Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and on-going sales consultation
- Develop and maintain training materials and deliver training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities of both inside and enterprise salespeople.
- Work collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of existing and new Jabra products.
- Become an expert in Jabra AV products
- Develop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends

Skills Required:
- Demonstrated ability in public speaking and presentation skills, with a focus on presenting technical information to those with a non-technical background
- Excellent discovery and active listening skills with experience discussing collaboration technologies, unified communications and real-time applications over IP
- Work effectively across functional lines, in coordination with others involved in product management, marketing and technical support services
- Experience creating technical responses and formal documentation in a written and graphical format including technical architecture plans

Other Requirements:
- Understanding of IP, QoS, Security, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, ITU-T H.323 and IETF SIP suite of standard UC protocols, SDK and API software knowledge
- Familiar with common UC collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx Teams, and BlueJeans
- Experience in supporting technical sales in enterprise markets experience
- Preferable with MNC background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
