To support this, we are looking for a Student Assistant to assist our Group Communication team. We are looking for a student with an interest in and flair for internal and external communication and SharePoint support.

About the job
The Group Communication team consist of eight team members. Working primarily with our two internal Communication Partners and our Head of Media Relations & Corporate Public Affairs.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Researching for articles
• Media monitoring
• Social Media streams
• Writing articles for our intranets
• Photography and photo editing in Photoshop
• Maintenance and clean-up of intranets (SharePoint)
• Assistance at town hall meetings

In addition to these tasks, there will also be an opportunity to work within the following areas:

• SharePoint training of colleagues
• Graphic design
• Video recording and editing
• Project coordination
• Other ad hoc projects

We are looking for
You probably have a bachelor’s degree from the information systems side or the communications side and have recently started on your master’s degree within digital media, communication or IT. Most importantly, you have an interest in writing relevant articles for our internal audiences and securing that our intranets are maintained and up to date with relevant information.
Enthusiasm, attention to detail and responsiveness are keys to success in this role. You naturally take on responsibility for your tasks and are comfortable collaborating with colleagues from around the organization.
Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Adobe Photoshop will be your most important working tools and preferably you are already acquainted with these. Furthermore, you are strong in English speech and writing. Danish is an advantage, but not required.

The job is 16 hours per week, but working hours will be adapted to your lessons and exams.
