Job Summary:
Reliability Test Engineer focused on
- Product reliability test
- Product reliability test facilities and maintenance
- Test result analysis and Test method development

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow product maintenance plan responsible for test plan test execution and output test report.
- Follow quality plan responsible for reliability test for new product introduce
- Cooperate PQM, SQM and R&D functions on test failure analysis and improvement actions
- Support and coordinate PQM, SQM and other team members on quality plan and DOE issues
- Responsible for test procedure reliable and accurate
- Product risk analysis and test development in concept phase
- Lead and drive benchmark testing plan and test research of new test procedure, technology and material
- Responsible for testing facility maintenance & Calibration
- Develop and study new test procedures and test fixtures
- Responsible for Tier1&2 test alignment, training and audit.
- Providing reliability test standard, equipment operation training to other team members.
- Test sample management
- Responsible for Tier1&2 test alignment, training and audit

Professional skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within product testing
- Experience of test equipment preventive maintenance and calibrations
- Knowledge background of Mechanical, Hardware and acoustic.
- Knowledge within PDCA, FMEA, Quality Statistic tools, DOE
- Good English Skill
