Key responsibilities
Your role in the team, will have the primary responsibilities listed below across our product portfolio, working closely with your team colleagues. As we are working in organization constantly evolving, responsibilities are expected to develop over time, to meet business needs.

Product Maintenance
1.Drive various maintenance related activities, such as copy tool, component & design updates qualification, maintenance tests, pro-actively monitoring of production data etc.
2.Drive and support escalated production issues.
3.Take ownership of and drive quality issues, reported from either customers or manufacturing. This includes root cause analysis, design improvements, qualification & implementation hereof.

Escalated technical support from key customers
1.Take ownership of and drive escalated support cases, hereunder visiting customers/partners on site for analysis & measurements, when relevant.
2.Drive and present product training to APAC technical support

Preferred experience
1.Experience with Windows, Linux and Unix platform setups on Thin clients.
2.Understanding of IT networks and virtualized environments.
3.Experience within root cause analysis and methodologies in complex HW/SW/network configurations.
4.2-3 years of experience in Project Management (Scoping, scheduling & execution).
5.2-3 years of experience working with cross functional disciplines, including plastics, RF technology and SW/PC integration.
