Would you like to be part of developing our Corporate Quality function across our global market?

“You get to collaborate with colleagues across our sites in Asia, Europe and the Americas – with main focus on the European sales sites – as you spend 30 days per year travelling,” explains Head of Quality Systems & Processes, Corporate Quality, Kim Glenert.

Transforming lives through the power of sound
At GN Hearing, we know sound, and with our ReSound® hearing aids, we offer solutions that let our users hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible. Stepping into Corporate Quality, you will join over 20 experts and generalists in ensuring that all customer feedback and regulations are adhered to in R&D, Production and S&M.

Support and lead implementation of ISO 13485:2016 at our sales sites
As our new Quality Systems Coordinator, you will be a main driver in implementing ISO 13485:2016 at our sales sites. You will investigate the best way to do so with the sales sites and support implementation and final certification. Doing so, you will naturally be backed up by Corporate Quality all the way.

After implementation, you will be the main contact between the sales sites and Corporate Quality in ongoing operations and prepare the sales sites for the future implementation of the new MDR in 2020.

You will also collaborate with your colleagues in Quality Systems on making sure our quality systems across the world are maintained.

Engaging people to accelerate performance
In Corporate Quality, we work together as one team to continue to find the best possible solutions for ensuring high corporate quality and compliance throughout. Executing this, you will get to build a unique professional network of colleagues across the world.

“Making life sound better for hearing-challenged people across the world requires adherence to high quality. We make sure that we in GN Hearing can live up to this promise while continuing to listen to our users, challenge status quo and transform the market,” says Kim Glenert, Head of Quality Systems & Processes.

Extrovert and independent coordinator with cross-cultural competences
As a person, you manage to include your colleagues across cultures and borders and get them to buy into the changes and tasks you are responsible for. Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Have a technical degree, or similar, combined with 5+ years of work experience from a regulated environment where you have been used to working with quality systems and creating procedures
• Know your way around ISO 13485 or similar regulated systems, so we can easily introduce you to ISO 13485
• Speak and write English effortlessly and know how to work cross-functionally within an international and multicultural environment
