Supply Chain Manager- NPI

Job Responsibilities,

NPI SCM is with responsibility for planning builds, securing component availability, and planning/executing the launch of all products.

Material Management:
1. Responsibility for material readiness for all builds (Proto, Alpha, Beta, Pilot + MP start) and material buffer.
2. Facilitate and drive cross functional material meetings including supplier.
3. Monitor and follow up on ECO/ECR¡¡Âs
4. Ensure PO¡¯s placed to T1 and T2 and follow up on deliveries according to project plan
5. Weekly update of Supplier Forecast in SAP
6. Ensure Bill of Materials is correct and initiate Risk Buy if/when needed

Launch and Capacity Planning:
1. Manage ramp Up Plan/Production plan to align with Sales requirement and demand
2. Plan the right capacity ¨C both T1 and T2 capacity should be covered
3. Inputs to and participate Go to Market review meetings
4. PO placements and follow up on delivery dates (AX)
5. Weekly commitments of product availability to Management and Sales
6. Ensure a thorough Hand Over to Supply Planning team
7. Weekly review the Supply vs Demand status (WBR)
8. Weekly update of NPI projects status
9. Monthly score of T1 suppliers on their performance

Excess and Obsolete - End of Life Planning during NPI phases:
1. Responsible for Excess and Obsolete cost analysis
2. Take actions with cross functional partners and suppliers to reduce risk and cost

Job Requirements,

1. Bachelor degree with perfectly major in business or supply chain management.
2. Solid Supply Chain and/or Procurement background with at least 3 -5 years documented experience.
3. Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
4. Display very strong sense of Drive and Ambition whilst simultaneously being Humble and Pragmatic.
5. Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and building relationships with external suppliers.
6. Excellent English skills (spoken and written) are an absolute requirement.
7. Skilled on MS office, excel, ppt. Knowledge on MS Dynamics AX preferred.
