Join a division that spans the entire GN Group
We are comprised of GN Store Nord, GN Audio and GN Hearing. As global HR development specialist, you will join our Talent & Leadership Development team, including Talent Acquisition under Group HR in Ballerup, from which you will manage and coordinate HR projects for all 3 divisions.

During your time, starting from November 2018 or earlier if possible, you will surround yourself and collaborate with experienced and ambitious HR professionals, HR specialists and other specialists who are responsible for all facets of recruitment, including talent attraction, onboarding, employer branding and much more.

Through close communication with the senior management, you will likewise have access to expert knowledge and the chance to make your mark on the future of talent management and development within the GN Group.

Drive projects from A to Z
As global HR development specialist, you will have full responsibility of driving our many projects aimed at optimizing and innovating the talent management agenda. Your focus will mainly be on our GN Graduate Program, development programs, mentoring programs as well as the GN Engagement Survey.

You will get to collaborate with 24 other great colleagues within Group HR and also be closely involved in all stages of the projects from design and implementation to execution and follow-up.

This includes:
• Draw up of project and communication plans
• Communication and coordination with HR Business Partners, course and training suppliers, and internal stakeholders as well as presenting reports to senior management
• Coordination and resource planning for all project phases
• Exploring business needs and initiate projects based on feasibility and budgets
• Ad hoc tasks such as data management, update of survey reports, coordination of participants, communication and the like

This position offers moreover a great chance to partake in innovating our talent agenda together with our Director of Talent and Leadership Development.

HR professional with a knack for project management
Whether you have worked as an HR generalist, a project employee or external HR consultant, matters less to us. What we do look for is a relevant master’s degree and solid professional experience within HR, preferably within large global organizations, which gives you good knowledge of and further interest in driving HR projects from start to finish.

You are likewise a confident team player and understand how to influence others through inspiring communication and efficient partnering with both local and international colleagues and senior management.

Lastly, you speak fluent English and Danish and thrive with communicating in cross-cultural environments.
