Data-driven decision making
We’re looking for two students, one for the Data Analytics team and one for the Global Channel Data team. The teams are part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) department responsible for making data available to the right people, in the right format at the right point in time.

Data Analytics
One of IBP’s streams of responsibility is the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process. As GN Audio’s growth journey continues, the amount of data available to us increases accordingly. The potential to evolve the knowledge base of the S&OP process from tacit to widely available statistical predictions is therefore immense.

You can be part of this journey and improve your technical competence and business understanding depending on current skill set. We’re transforming the S&OP process from manual Excel sheets to automated algorithms through large-scale projects. Having the ability to bridge IT and business to secure efficient processes is therefore crucial.

Channel Data
Another stream of responsibility within the IBP department is the global customer transactional and master data which falls under the Global Channel Data team. The primary focus for the team is to secure the quality for the ever-increasing amount of data.

When working with data, the quality is vital and during the past years we have been implementing algorithms, matching logics, and global processes to secure the millions of transactional lines that flows through our systems are correct. We are part of the journey of transforming the way we work with the data, from manual handling to automated reports, by using data in multiple applications that supports stakeholders throughout the business. If you become part of the team you will not only improve your skills in working with data quality processes and IT integrations, you will also be improving your business knowledge when engaging with stakeholders from different departments from all over the world.

Your personal traits
You will have your own areas of responsibility, while having the opportunity to define your own role as we move along. Therefore, we need you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently and not be scared of a challenge. The jobis 15-20 hrs / week.

We need you to be:
• Analytical and good with numbers
• Very proficient in English
• Pro-active
• Good at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Allergic to missing deadlines
If you have more than basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik Sense or R it’s a plus. It’s a must that you want to improve your skills within these software applications.
