Would you like to take up a key role, linking business needs with technological possibilities to create user-friendly digital solutions? As our solution design manager, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications and see your solutions come to life.

Making life sound better through digital transformation

You will join Global Marketing at the HQ of GN Hearing in Ballerup, Denmark, and become part of our e-commerce team consisting of 7 colleagues. Raising the bar for consumer-centric solutions, we work to strengthen partner relationships and increase retail sales by providing excellent digital services and value for the hearing care professionals who promote our products.

Bridge business needs with IT solutions
You will ensure that our digital solutions meet business demands and have clearly defined technical requirements. You will take up a dual role as the business representative towards IT that develops the solutions and as technical advisor towards your colleagues across Digital Transformation. More specifically, you will:

• Collaborate with colleagues in Digital Transformation and across GN to define business needs as well as IT architects to guide the design process and ensure the technological direction of our solutions
• Break down business needs into specific business requirements and translate these into technical specifications to be developed by IT and external partners
• Ensure that the finished solutions meet business demands and that we harvest and use data to support the customer journey and new business opportunities

Transforming our digital momentum through teamwork
At Digital Transformation, we know that collaboration is the key to success. For us, this means that we listen to our users and challenge each other to enhance innovative thinking and transform our digital efforts.

”You will join Digital Transformation at an exciting point in time where you will have plenty of opportunity to make your mark on our digital future. Through close collaboration with both business colleagues and IT specialists, you will ensure that our business aspirations can be realised through digital opportunities,” says Director for Digital Transformation Johan Stubbe Østergaard.

Technical flair and a commercial drive
Many roads could lead to this position. Most importantly, you have solid technical skills combined with strong business acumen, so you know how to solve commercial challenges with high-quality digital solutions. You understand the key role of data and how to manage and utilize it to drive business value.

You communicate easily with both technical experts and non-technical colleagues to get both business and technical aspects across.
• You have 5+ years of experience from a role where business meets technology, perhaps from a similar role or within an agency or consultancy working with digital solutions
• It will be an advantage if you have experience within areas such as e-commerce, customer experience, data & analytics or web development
• You communicate effortlessly in both written and spoken English
