You will join Global Marketing in GN Hearing and become part of our Digital Engagement team consisting of 7 colleagues. We strive to secure a better understanding of hearing loss while increasing our brand awareness and generating business value through lead generation. We want to spread the knowledge of our intelligent hearing aids that let our users hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.

Take on a crucial coordinating role
You will be responsible for day-to-day support to digital marketing managers in approximately 12 of our global markets on brand websites, securing traffic and conversion increase. Working closely with our local marketing managers, you have a coordinating role to help your colleagues implement our digital strategy. As you do so, you will assist with tasks directed to improve the client journey involving SEO, SEM and website updates when we roll out initiatives globally. And you will gain a broad network in the process as your help will be welcomed.

Your tasks will include:
• Working with digital marketing managers on our global website road map
• Implementing new content and campaign items on brand websites in collaboration with our markets
• Guiding and helping local marketing managers in maintaining and developing websites within global standards with everything from product updates to conversion related web applications
• Assisting in SEO roll-out on websites
• Assisting the markets in email marketing within templates and global guidelines

You know web development, SEO and digital marketing initiatives
To be a success in this job, you need to have good communication and collaboration skills and be able to work with multiple stakeholders on many ongoing projects. This also calls for a structured approach to your tasks as well as a strong project management gene to follow up and finish what was started. You thrive helping your colleagues, so you succeed together, and in the process, you remain curious about possible improvement initiatives.

• You hold a degree in marketing or similar. Preferably, you have a few years of experience combined with knowledge of web development/maintenance and/or digital marketing
• You have experience with CMS, preferably Sitecore, and an understanding of SEO as well as digital marketing in general
• You have knowledge of Google Analytics, and it is a plus if you have experience with the Google Suite tools
• It is an advantage if you have worked with e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or Photoshop
• You speak and write English effortlessly
