Are you looking for an opportunity to make your mark on international HR operations in a global organisation? And would you like to use your keen eye for structure to streamline everything from contract templates to KPI reporting?

As an HR operations consultant, you assist colleagues across the EMEA region. Join us to help shape our work processes as we move towards an increasingly digitalised future.

Join our central HR department

At our offices in Copenhagen, you will join 20 colleagues in the central HR department of GN Store Nord. Here, you will become part of our small team of 5 global HR business partners, 2 of whom are based in Asia and the US. Together, we support GN Audio in the mission to transform lives through the power of sound.

Support GN Audio units all over the EMEA region
As the primary responsible for HR administration and operations across the EMEA region, you are tasked with ensuring overview, progress and consistent support. Reporting to one of your HR business partner colleagues in Copenhagen, you reach out to local stakeholders and offer your support on a very wide range of HR tasks on a case-by-case basis.

We are currently in the process of introducing Workday as our primary HR system, and you will play a key role in ensuring that all relevant data has been transferred. Moreover, you will focus on optimising and streamlining our existing processes and systems.

Focusing on the EMEA region, you will:

• Ensure consistency and compliance in all employment contracts
• Ensure consistent legal support in all employment-related matters and transactional processes including, but not limited to, promotions and role changes
• Ensure a consistent salary and bonus process
• Provide recruitment support as the link to the GN Store Nord Talent Acquisition team
• Contribute to global HR analytics, e.g. by creating monthly KPIs and turnover statistics

Engaging people through a supportive environment
You will join a team who are on a mission to listen to, challenge and transform the business. As the central HR organisation of the global GN organisation, we pride ourselves in offering a wide range of specialist knowledge within HR – knowledge, which we make it a priority to share with each other.

“While we are undeniably both ambitious and busy, we are never too busy to help out a colleague or share a laugh. That makes for a fun, informal and friendly work environment,” says Global HR Business Partner Agnete Degn Søndergaard.

HR operations experience and a good grasp of the legal aspects of HR
We are looking for a results-oriented finisher with an eye for detail and a flair for coordinating tasks and optimising processes. Reaching out to stakeholders comes naturally to you, and you enjoy delivering high-quality service to colleagues across the EMEA region. And like the rest of us, you tackle busy days with a smile and a healthy dose of structure.

• Either you have a degree in an HR-related field combined with 3+ years of experience with HR operations or, alternatively, you have extensive hands-on experience with HR
• You have a good grasp of the legal aspects of HR services
• You are comfortable working with data, HR systems and Excel
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
