Do you want to help digitalise our client journey and increase our focus on consumer-centric communication? We are currently undergoing a digital transformation, and we are looking for you to influence how we create the best possible user experience. This is a new role in a highly skilled team where you will be part of the next exciting phase of our transformation.

You will join Global Marketing in GN Hearing and become part of our Digital Engagement team consisting of 7 colleagues. We strive to secure a better understanding of hearing loss while increasing our brand awareness and generating business value through lead generation. We want to spread the knowledge of our intelligent hearing aids that let our users hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.

Ensure the best possible user experience
You will be responsible for managing and monitoring day-to-day global web presence. You will contribute to defining requirements and testing new enhancements and developments on our site to ensure that we stay up to date with technology and continue to develop our online presence. This entails conducting ongoing assessments and maintenance of our brand websites.

In this job, you will get to use both your technical and creative flair to influence campaigns and new web applications but also your understanding of data as the foundation for a better user experience. Your daily tasks will also include:

• Contributing to development of new web features or changes to improve the user journey
• Suggesting data-driven optimisation initiatives to improve our websites working closely with the performance manager and SEO expert
• Regulating and managing access to our web platforms as well as supporting editors with troubleshooting and training
• Guiding and helping the Web Support function in the Global Digital Engagement team, which implement new features in local markets
• Testing our websites across browsers, OS and devices with a focus on indexing, performance and usability

A team player with good experience in web development
You are a strong team player, able to build internal business relationships and work closely across functions, e.g. with IT and our market coordinators. Furthermore, you possess good communication skills and can transform rather complex, technical language into easily understandable concepts for the business. Being analytical, detail- and deadline-oriented, you have the ability to manage different projects in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with all involved stakeholders.

• You have a couple of years of experience in web development/maintenance and/or digital marketing with a focus on the latest developments within UX/UI in a data-driven approach
• You have solid experience with SEO, CMS and digital marketing initiatives, and you have worked with the Google Suite tools and Google Analytics
• You have experience with QA/testing of web platforms
• It is an advantage if you have experience with HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript
• You speak and write English effortlessly
