Would you like to help set the direction for SEO in an international company and spread your knowledge to our global markets? Currently undergoing a digital transformation, we are increasing our focus on consumer-centric communication in digital channels. In this new role, you will be a contributor to our future transformation success and play a key part in shaping our digital SEO strategy.

You will join Global Marketing in GN Hearing and become part of our Digital Engagement team consisting of 7 colleagues. We strive to secure a better understanding of hearing loss while increasing our brand awareness and generating business value through lead generation. We want to spread the knowledge of our intelligent hearing aids that let our users hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.

Be our expert across markets and cultures
As our new SEO expert, you will be responsible for organic search engine optimisation on our 3 brand websites. This entails managing all SEO activities such as link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. Working closely with our coordinators, international markets and our performance manager , you will spearhead the implementation of global SEO optimisation. This will take you travelling up to 15 days a year worldwide.

Collaborating closely with your manager as your sounding board, you will share the SEO strategy but also work hands-on to:

• Develop a strategy for the improvement of organic search ranking and the optimisation of ROI for our brand websites
• Develop SEO performance procedures for a global governance structure
• Ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented in close collaboration with the Web Development team, market coordinators and IT
• Communicate the performance of process improvements to the management team

Solid SEO experience from an international context
You have experience from a similar role and a good understanding of SEO in the digital ecosystem, so you know how e.g. social media, press releases and blogs can increase organic search engine ranking. And you are able to present your findings to your technical and non-technical colleagues. Moreover, you are a natural born collaborator who easily manoeuvres between cultures and organisational levels.

• You have a master’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in SEO from an international context
• You possess solid experience and a good understanding of online commerce, lead generation and traffic drivers in the digital ecosystem
• You speak and write English effortlessly
