In this brand-new role, you will have direct influence on our digital strategy as well as our performance strategy in a global context and be part of setting the future direction for digital performance management in an international company.

You will join Global Marketing in GN Hearing and become part of our Digital Engagement team consisting of 7 colleagues. We strive to secure a better understanding of hearing loss while increasing our brand awareness and generating business value through lead generation. We want to spread the knowledge of our intelligent hearing aids that let our users hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.

Work on both strategy and execution
In this role, you will be responsible for performance evaluation on brand websites and digital channels, managing analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics among other systems and you will be collaborating with Business Intelligence to collect a holistic performance overview. As part of the role, you will initiate a structured approach to performance measurements and paid search together with key markets in order to increase traffic and lead generation. You will work closely with our SEO expert , web developers and our Brand team. You will ensure that we have a performance overview of our digital channels, and as your role is new, you will play a key part in creating the strategy for your area and set the direction for the years to come.

An important part of your job is also to educate and collaborate with our digital marketing managers in our global markets to improve competencies. This will take you travelling globally up to 15 days per year. Working across Global Marketing, you will:

• Contribute to the digital marketing strategy for the 3 brands in GN Hearing
• Create a foundation for analysing brand websites’ key performance metrics as part of the digital ecosystem
• Develop performance policies and procedures for a global governance structure and implement this together with key markets
• Initiate and recommend global paid search activities for our GN Hearing brands as well as track and report SEM initiatives
• Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results as well as identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search

Solid experience in paid search and Google Analytics
The role requires in-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, and you must possess quantitative analytical skills as well as have experience with testing. And you are able to present your findings to your technical and non-technical colleagues. Moreover, you are a natural born collaborator who easily manoeuvres between cultures and organisational levels.

• You have a master’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in SEM, including solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Suite tools
• You have a good understanding of online commerce, lead generation and of traffic drivers in the digital ecosystem
• You speak and write English effortlessly
