Primary area of responsibility:

• Develop new antenna and RF layouts from idea and concept development to specification, design, development and production.
• Take fully technical responsibility in your projects from RF specification, antenna 3D model creating, simulation and PCB layout review to EMI/EMC measurement and problem solving and full design verification tests.
• Take technical responsibility to support and ensure smooth type approval.
• Take the ownership in developing the antenna design to meet the requirements of the products.
• Take part in maintaining existing products through quality improvement, cost reduction as well as performing sustaining work.
• Deliver the design outputs correctly and timely according to the product development process.
• Well present and document the issues, findings, investigations, learning and solutions to the team number.
• Actively communicate and consult other specialists for suggestions, supports and comments.
• Report out any issues, status and progress to management for decisions and comments.
• Participate in regular project meetings with team numbers to stay aligned on status, actions, progress and any decisions that the team has made.
• Take additional tasks and immediate actions within own capability.
• Maintain design tools and all of RF test facilities in good shape and secure all of RF equipment well calibrated.
• Coordinate with other design parties including software, hardware, mechanics and QA etc. and manage overall design activities


• A BSc or MSc in electronics or communication or the like, preferably RF as your specialty.
• A minimum 3 years experience from a similar position in electronics/telecommunication industry, preferably international company.
• A solid knowledge in antenna technology, matching and radiated pattern etc.
• A solid experience with RF development including antenna design for Bluetooth, DECT, GSM, WiFi and RFID or the like.
• Skillful in using HFSS on antenna design and simulation.
• Experience in EMI/EMC design.
• Mastering influent English written as well as spoken.
• Independent, responsible and self-efficient, yet cooperative.
• Team working, detail focus, flexibility, openness to idea, initiating action, honest, Flexible, Self-confidence, good analysis& problem solving, building partnership.
