At GN Hearing in Ballerup, you will join our Center of Commercial Excellence. We have a central role in ensuring optimal sales performance in our many divisions in the EMEA and APAC regions.

To strengthen our sales performance, we are developing and executing a new unique sales strategy and methodology, named our Value Selling programme. With this, we aim to further improve on how we service and collaborate with our customers by providing our sales divisions with the right tools to function as long-term business partners, offering holistic hearing care solutions to our customers.

Take responsibility for our global sales strategy
Your main role will be to drive the ongoing development and implementation of our unique way of selling and ensure that it is efficiently implemented in our many international sales divisions through close collaboration with the local managing directors and sales managers.

To ensure that the local sales representatives have the right tools and knowledge to adhere to the new strategy and train their sales division, you will also engage in hands-on coaching of the local sales management.

Concretely, you will:
• Own, lead and continuously develop our Value Selling programme
• Be globally responsible for local implementation and anchoring in our 21 sales divisions in the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring coherence with the overall strategy
• Collaborate with local managing directors and sales divisions, external consulting partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and actions

Join a team that spans the globe
In Ballerup, you will have a desk to call your own and a Sales Excellence team of dedicated colleagues to collaborate and share ideas with. You will however take on a truly international and intercultural position, spending up to 80 days a year travelling and working closely with local managing directors and sales managers in the EMEA and Asia regions.

We are looking for
• 5+ years’ sales leadership experience, working hands-on with coaching and leading cross-border projects
• Experience with Solution Selling principles, sales processes and related tools
• A proven track record of consistently strong sales achievements
• Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal

With your solid leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills, you have the ability to listen, challenge and transform as well as manage international projects through complex structures, ensuring cohesion and timely completion at a distance. You are capable of – and enjoy – doing hands-on coaching, and you have the skill set to train managers, so they in turn can train their division. Your passion for optimisations and a “can improve” attitude drives you to seek out opportunities, take initiatives and bring new ideas to the table.
