Primary functions:

• Acquisition and development of telecom-, ICT-resellers and system integrators in the Belgian (Flanders & Wallonia) telecom & ICT markets, as well as in Luxembourg
• Helping them to integrate and sell intelligent audio solutions towards their (corporate) end-users (including local, international & global customers)
• Accomplishing market & wallet share growth for the Jabra brand, and meeting pre-defined revenue goals & targets, in-line with company objectives
• Teaming-up with Jabra’s Benelux sales and marketing, in order to further develop our successful business in a prospering market
• Being a vital team member in the Benelux region, which is part of a market leading international technology company
• The position is located/based out of Belgium

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Experience

Professional (incl. project experience):
• Solid and proven sales experience, selling to channel partners and to end-users, preferably in B2B market segment.
• Good knowledge of BeLux ICT & telecom’s markets are definitely seen as a plus.
• Knowledge of BeLux Contact Center market, Telecommunications and Unified Communications is a worthwhile advantage
• Knowledge of the professional audio solutions market are welcomed as well.
• If you are an eager individual, with no field sales experience, but you have the ambition it takes and the drive to become very successful in sales, then you are more than welcome and invited to apply for this job.

International experience:
• International sales experience is not requested.

2. Special Competencies

• Native Flemish or French
• Bi-lingual fluency and advanced professional language skills in English are mandatory

• Good user command of computer and internet technology

• Technical, or commercial education
• Higher education levels mandatory (College or university degree preferable)

• Good communication, presentation and time management skills are required.
• Trustworthiness, integrity and honesty are of utmost importance.
• Home based office with up to 70% domestic travel.

3. Personal Competencies:
• Driven by sales, independent but considering its team members and management, self-driven & self-motivated, eager to win or learn, co-operative, good communicator, social intelligence, accepts responsibility, reliable, thorough, conscientious, committed, ensure that all potential opportunities are recorded in the CRM system with a weekly update on progression with pipeline and revenue development; Ensure CRM accounts and contacts full populated and updated regularly, ensure administrative activity (forecasting, account planning, sales documentation etc.) is completed to the required standards.
