Job Purpose:
To manage, inspire and drive sales revenue through teams and Consumer Electronic Retailers in Mexico. You will be responsible for achieving and growing sales markets that include BT Stereo and BT Mono headsets.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage, coach and inspire the sales teams and Retail partners;
• Be fully responsible for all Retail, and e-tail customers, and maintain personal contact with the strategic/key accounts;
• Monitor market developments and competitive threats;
• Develop and exchange periodic and ad-hoc sales reports on qualitative and quantitative performances, developments and sales forecasts of Jabra and competitors. Provide regular management reporting;
• Work closely with all business areas of Jabra (HQ in Copenhagen) including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Marketing.
• Ensure that clear business plans are prepared and agreed.
• Achieve the Sales Targets
• Grow Market Share in both BT Stereo, and BT Mono
• Ensure significant product Ranging and in-store/online Visibility with all major/key CE Retailers
• Setting up the quarterly, half-yearly, annual targets. Implement and execute the strategy whilst measuring effectiveness;
• Ensure solid co-operation and synergy with the Marketing team;
• Keeping the Sales model (Pricing/Rebates) up to date, adhered to and in-line with requirements for the region;

• Hands-on approach to building a business at all levels (from shop floor to head-quarters, from Sales support to Sales Logistics);
• Strong relationships with retailers and distributors (Top 7 CE retailers in the Mexican market);
• Academic educational level;
• 8+ years’ experience in high level selling of comparative products in CE industry
• Strong team playing attitude to achieve targets;
• Excellent analytical abilities (i.e. market sizing, forecasting);
• Entrepreneurial with a high level of achievement and motivation;
• Proactive and eager player who wants to win in the market place;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationship;
• Fluent English language skills.
