Managing in-market quality incidents for designated product portfolio.
Ensuring all relevant containment actions are carried out and coordinated between relevant stakeholders. Aligning communication between relevant teams.


Key Responsibilities:
• Creation and prioritization of Quality claims
• Initiating and coordinating containment actions such as inventory screening, shipment hold or recall
• Follow up with R&D teams for quality claim investigation and resolution
• Initiating and coordination quality incident closing activities, such as rework or scrap of inventory and release of product quality bulletins
• Communication of efforts and status to relevant stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Global Tech Support and Sustaining Engineering

Professional skills:
• Relevant engineering master degree (Testing/Reliability testing, Quality engineer)
• Good communication skills
• Good written and oral English skills

The position will be based in China but the position will be responsible for cases globally.
Working location: Xiamen
