Mission:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for APAC that addresses regional sales and marketing objectives and that also aligns with corporate strategies and objectives.
- This plan should include strategies, tactics and goals for reaching key audiences - end users, influencers, channel partners, and strategic alliance partners - to drive brand awareness, interest and desire for Jabra's solutions.
- Raise the profile and brand awareness of Jabra in APAC, particularly among large Enterprise customers and create end-user customer demand pull for Jabra's products and solutions.
- Provide market intelligence and APAC customer needs data to feed into the product/solution development process at Corporate HQ.
- Ensure that the Marketing function is seen in the business at both regional and country level as engaged and adding value to revenue generation and new customer acquisition targets.
- Contribute to a strong 'one Jabra' team-oriented culture across APAC and with Corporate HQ.
- Work with key retailers and online sellers to drive the consumer product portfolio sell-out in the region
- Manage and build a high-performance team of marketers in the region.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Development of an annual APAC marketing strategy and plan with high-level goals and objectives across both enterprise and consumer businesses.
- Accountable for delivery of a quarterly marketing budget plan. This should cover specific campaigns, programs, and deliverables for Customer Marketing (lead generation), Digital Marketing, retail and Online experience, Channel Marketing, Events, PR etc.
- Develop and drive a successful, sustainable and measurable enterprise lead generation program across APAC.
- Drive and innovate Channel Marketing across APAC: this is a key differentiator for Jabra vs. its principal global competitor and the gap needs to be widened through activities such as channel recruitment efforts, tailored channel partner training and incentive programs, deployment of Jabra's Partner Portal and Online Education programs etc.
- Drive PR, media relations, influencer reviews and product reviews across the region to build preference for Jabra products among the consumers who are in the 'consideration' phase of their purchase funnel.
- Develop retail plans with sales and create in-store visibility, recommendation and promotions to drive conversions in the store.
- Create consumer pull using social media and digital marketing to drive traffic to retail and online sellers thereby driving sell out of products.
- Development of end-customer database and Jabra tribe to create loops of growth.
- Be responsible for launching new products in the region following global waterfall process working in line with global marketing and business managers
- Build and lead a strong, motivated Marketing team that interacts closely with the country business management teams and that adds demonstrable value to the front-line sales and support operations.

Minimum Experience:
- At least 15 years of progressive Marketing management and leadership experience in APAC, with 5 years at a Director or higher level in a hi-tech business.
- Bachelors degree is required, preferably with an MBA or other Masters qualification.
Professional Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Telecommunications, Information Technology, Networking, IT Infrastructure Systems and Unified Communications.
- Strong understanding and insight into the Enterprise end-user market and what is necessary to drive attention and demand in a highly competitive industry.
- A deep familiarity with the culture and dynamics of the different markets across APAC and a proven ability to apply knowledge to the strategic planning of marketing programs through to execution of lead development, channel development and brand building.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, a structured thinker, excellent written and verbal communication skills, an experienced company spokesperson.
- Knowledge and proven experience in conceiving and directing effective solution and segment-based sales and marketing campaigns, building sales pipeline with ROI-based marketing campaigns.
- Experienced matrix manager: able to balance and leverage the combined strengths and requirements of Corporate HQ and the regional field operations.
