Job Summary:
1. Responsible for the implementation of all activities to grow identified and/or existing revenue streams directly attributable to Call Centre, Office and Enterprises.
2. Prospect, identify, qualify and close business with large industry including BFSI, Telecom, MNC, and other growing industry segment in the deployment of IPT / UC / OC platform.
3. Focus on the revenue development activities at new and existing key customer accounts
4. Responsible area: include Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei province. And some country wide major accounts whose Head office and decision maker is located in East China and
5. Develop new customers and maintain the traditional customer¡¯s relationship. Call High. Influence the customer¡¯s purchasing habit.
6. Leverage channel resource to well coverage and service the users.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve or exceed established revenue target.
2. Cover business opportunity vertically and nationally.
3. Manage and maintain customer opportunity pipeline. Use effective tools to assess pipeline accuracy and win chance.
4. Intellectual horsepower in GN value and product¡¯s USP (Unique Selling Point) and positioning. Be able to deliver the headset solutions on of UC platform to the CIO/ CTO/ CEO of large enterprise.
5. Be able to identify the best partner / channel with the End User to ensure a smooth purchase process. Be able to leverage present channel team resources and work closely with channel sales and alliances team to identify new channels to meet End Users requests.
6. Accountable for Customer Experiences. Work closely with function group including RMA to ensure right policy is introduced to meet Cust Sat.
7. Analyse factors in the marketplace (such as seasonal buying patterns, promotional efforts, sales incentives) to formulate forecasts, estimates and projections that impact selling initiatives. Be accountable for accurate and comprehensive sales planning and forecasting in cooperation with channel sales teams.
8. Travel regularly to close customer opportunities.
9. Fully utilize resources ready from Alliance partners (eg MTC of MS) channel facilities in the course of EU selling.
10. Creative in developing customer event / program for strong customer acquisition and customer retention.
11. Perform other related tasks or duties as required or assigned.


Professional skills
(requirements)
1. Results oriented, determined to succeed, entrepreneurial individual placing primary focus on the departmental goals and objectives.
2. Bachelor¡¯s degree and 8 year's combination experience of account mgmt. at least.
3. Familiar with vertical industry primary in the BFSI and Local Large Enterprises.
4. Expertise in closing deals.
5. Experience in enterprise telecommunications products and services or IT industry is highly desired¡£
6. Demonstrated drive and desire to learn and become proficient in the emerging VoIP and Unified Communications markets.
7. Experience in selling with Microsoft and/or Cisco, Avaya is an asset.
8. Experience developing and managing complex, strategic partnering relationships and channel and multi-national sales efforts
9. Proven experience managing company resources effectively both within a group and across groups. Demonstrated ability to work with and through others to execute action plans for desired results.
10. Excellent communications skills (listening, speaking and presentation).
11. Strong accountability and results leadership.
12. Highly organized working style: ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
