Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Jabra's marketing presence on amazon.com in India, ANZ and Japan.
- Development, execution and optimisation of paid digital efforts, including display advertising, Facebook campaign, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platform for APAC
- Analyse and report on all the digital campaign insights to optimize.
- Manage e-mail marketing programs by optimising landing pages and do AB testing.
- Integrate online activities with off-line marketing communications plans to ensure plans provide optimal business support.
- Drive and manage digital co-marketing and co-branded partnerships with distributors and partners.
- Manage creative briefs to give the creative agency and direct them to deliver the project on time for digital execution.
- Ensure digital design is optimised for branding, impact, SEO, web development, etc.
- Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience required, including e-commerce experience
- Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from planning through execution and leveraging data to optimise the campaign.
- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads (working with the agency), microsites, and social media applications.
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing and influencer program.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data using CRM and other analytical tools.
- Should be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple regions in APAC. Also should have the ability to prioritise, multitask, focus, lead, and influence.
- Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services Proficient with Ad
- Strong digital copywriting, design and verbal communication skills are an advantage
- B2B and B2C digital marketing experience is an advantage.
