ReSound, which is part of GN Hearing, was the first company launching a made-for-iPhone® hearing aid, and we are working on new and award-winning solutions. And at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join our IC team that develops chipsets and creates leading edge ASIC design.

Manage IC development projects
In this position, you will work with digital and analog IC designers to develop leading edge chipsets for hearing applications. Keeping track of the work on multiple chips at a time, you manage and plan the projects, each involving 3-8 people. You manage resources between the ongoing projects, but you also look ahead and develop project plans for new development. You work with the team to find opportunities to mitigate risk. You also:

• Follow project progress during the development
• Manage stakeholders and external partners
• Communicate project status, decision requests and risks/issues to senior management

In the IC team, you will join 25 specialist development engineers that every day combine talents to make life sound better through innovative low power chipsets. You will take part in a growing, international and dynamic work environment built on trust and openness where there is ample opportunity to develop.

Technical understanding and experience in project management
You have a background in project management combined with some experience within chipset technology development. Having used your collaborative skills to manage small R&D project teams in the past, you know how to establish a good repour with technology experts. You probably have a degree in electrical/electronic engineering, and you have:

• Experience with agile project management
• The ability to help resource projects
• Experience with risk management
• Solid experience in following project status and reporting back clearly to management
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience or knowledge of silicon integrated circuit development flow, and experience with medical device development is preferred
