Job Responsibilities,

Support overall Sales and Marketing activities
1. Report, update sales status on time.
2. Responding inquiry of channels and end users by phone or email.
3. Manage trial samples with 3rd party warehouse.
4. Synchronize with Call-center operation- outsourcing.
5. Support marketing activities, such as event, website, periodical information letter, create catalog, etc.

Operation & Admin
1. Order management.
2. Supply issues, allocation, availability.
3. Manage sample order.
4. Manage RMA.
5. Other administrative matter of Japan MD and Japan office.

Job Requirements,

1. To have 3 to 5 years¡¯ work experience with in Logistic & Operation or Supply Chain Management. Or Marketing or related field with Customer Service experience
2. Distributor, Business Partner and/or channel experience is preferred
3. Strong skill on MS office and windows.
4. Basic English writing and speaking skill.

Good communicator, Team player, Energetic, deliver quick and accurate, motivate, self-starter.
