Here, you will join 3 colleagues who all share a passion for delivering impactful concepts, processes and high-quality day to day deliverables in a fast paced and highly demanding environment – this without compromising the informal, humorous and honest department culture.

Working with Reward & Performance in GN
As our new reward specialist, you will play an important role in re-defining, structuring and implementing our global processes, policies and systems within the Reward, Performance and Mobility area. You will also have a more hands on role as you will be the go to person in all Reward matters interacting with both the HR community and the business.

Your area of responsibility will amongst others include:
• Contribute to re-defining principles, policies and processes related to Base pay management, the Annual Bonus Program, Performance management and Mobility
• Drive the re-conceptualization of the GN Mobility framework
• Trusted advisor to the business and the HR community in all Reward matters for a part of the business
• Process lead for one or more reward areas in connection with the global roll-out of our new HCM system, Workday
• Assist the Head of Reward and Performance in preparing relevant analysis and presentation to the GN Remuneration Committee
• Roll-out of a global job catalogue (based on Mercers IPE methodology)
• Prepare and submit the data for the annual benchmark surveys

About you
To succeed in this role, you have the ability to listen, challenge and transform the business. You have an analytical mindset and you are able to independently identify a potential problem and define and carry out the actions needed.

You also have the communication skills that enables you to translate complex Reward matters into a language everyone understands. You are persistent and energetic, and understand the value of balancing pace and impact.

• Distinct team player and a good sense of humour
• Preferably, you have 3+ years of experience working with Rewards and Performance in an international setting.
• You are familiar with Mercers IPE methodology (or the equivalent)
• You are fluent in English
• You have a master degree in HR, Business Administration or similar.
• You work effortlessly with IT systems including MS office
• Experience working with mobility is seen as an advantage
