We are currently looking for 2 new colleagues to support Global Account Managers on an EMEA level.

Join an international team of supportive colleagues
As an inside sales representative, you will operate as a member of the Jabra EMEA Global Accounts Sales team where you will be the inside point of contact, supporting your Global Account Manager(s) on their large international accounts.
We are an international and multicultural team with a great team spirit based on an appreciative and supportive culture, and we like to have fun together too. While we are based in different locations, we regularly gather for events.
You will enjoy a high degree of flexibility. You may choose to work from home or from our offices in either Germany or France; an hour southwest of Munich and 20 minutes from Paris.

Assist global accounts and local sales to help us exceed our goals
You will support two Global Account Managers with a total of around 25-30 of our approximately 120 global accounts, communicating with a very wide range of contacts across multiple countries within each account to identify and initiate sales leads and contacts.

Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts for EMEA, you will work closely with Jabra Global Account Managers and Program Managers and coordinate opportunities and customer engagement with the locally based Jabra sales teams. Moreover, you will be responsible for coordinating between Global Account Services and local Jabra teams.

Your tasks include:
• Prospecting in a cold-call environment using telephone, email and other sources of effective marketing and following up on sales calls by coordinating opportunities with local sales regions
• Setting meetings for global account managers
• Ensuring CRM maintenance, opportunity management together with your Global Account Manager(s) and linkage of accounts
• Following up on sales and sample requests for end-user presentations to insure customer satisfaction and respond to customer issues, referring them to the Jabra Technical Support and local sales when necessary
• Supporting quarterly POS revenue reporting and revenue collection

In this connection, you can expect to spend around 10-15% of your time travelling.

Inside sales experience and solid language skills
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and outgoing colleague with energy and determination. As a self-starter by nature, you like to try out new approaches and know how to evaluate and adjust their effectiveness to achieve maximum results. At the same time, you enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative team. In short, you know how to balance creativity with structure and teamwork with individual drive.
• You have 3+ years of successful inside-sales experience.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• For the Central EMEA role, you also need to speak German, and for the Southern EMEA role, you need to speak French and ideally Spanish or Italian.
• You have solid Microsoft Office skills.
