In the role of project manager, you are responsible for managing projects from initiation through to implementation to drive organisational change forward. To do so, you interact with all levels in the organisation, from top management to local staff across countries and functions, and you will report directly to the Head of Corporate PMO.

In more detail, you:

• Drive organizational improvement projects and programmes across GN Hearing
• Lead organisational change management processes connected to project delivery
• Continuously support in establishing and managing key standards, methodologies and processes falling under the departments area of responsibility (project- and change management as well as process optimisation)
• Develop and facilitate training in the above standards, methods and processes and coach local project managers who run cross-functional transformation projects

As you will support global projects, you can expect up to 30 days of international travel per year – and even more if you are interested.

• 6+ years of experience in either management consulting or in an internal strategy function
• Documented experience with project management in a global organisation – certification in PMI PMP or similar is required
