Ready to take the next step in your career in a fast-moving and agile global supply chain? If you are ambitious, we offer you a role in an international team where you get to influence our Global Distribution, Service and Returns processes to create an optimal supply chain. And as you do so, you will enjoy all the great development opportunities GN Hearing has to offer.

At GN Hearing, we develop hearing instruments and accessories, increasing the quality of life for our customers living with hearing losses. Our hearing instruments are becoming more and more complex as connectivity opportunities increase, and the mobile app becomes a natural control for our growing group of customers.

Create optimal global processes
You will be responsible for supporting the development of our processes and performance across and between our sites in China, the US, the UK and Spain. This entails designing processes as well as solving specific day-to-day process issues and carrying out reporting. While supporting and driving the Global Distribution and Returns development initiatives, you will:

• Establish KPIs and scorecards to ensure we meet KPI targets
• Develop, execute and monitor the global warehouse and returns processes and ensure continuous improvement to service, quality, visibility and flexibility
• Identify opportunities for improving our service level and/or reduce transportation costs
• Participate in various cross-functional projects in the supply chain
• Develop, review and maintain process, procedure and policy documents

A global team with a great atmosphere
In Global Distribution and Returns, we cover all distribution and returns activities within GN Hearing and our global sites as well as distribution towards our customers. Based in Ballerup, Denmark, we are 3 colleagues who are part of a larger global team across our sites. We bring together our strong analytical capabilities to help drive change across the organisation and ensure alignment across country borders. Working globally also requires our flexibility, and we help each other to reach our goals, have a laugh and create great processes across country borders.

Do you have what it takes to make GN Hearing even more successful?
We imagine that you hold a master’s degree within engineering, supply chain management or business. Moreover, you:

• Have a few years of experience within supply chain management
• Are an advanced user of Excel
• Are proficient in PowerPoint
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

As a person, you possess an analytical mindset which enables you to eliminate issues, create solid processes and make structured project plans. With your solid communication skills, you create the dialogue needed to transcend cultural differences and align processes across sites. Also, you are able to understand and acknowledge your international colleagues to create buy-in for your new initiatives.
