Become one of our first Engineering Graduates in GN and use your engineering background to make life sound better for people all over the world through intelligent audio solutions. If this resonates with your ambitions then join our global Graduate Program and get hands-on experience by working in three different engineering related areas and spend 8 months outside of Denmark working abroad.

In 2018, GN offers three Graduate Program tracks: Engineering, Finance, and Marketing. Being part of the GN Graduate Program you will experience two rotations in R&D at our headquarters in Denmark and one rotation in a subsidiary e.g. China or US.

Besides the 2-year Graduate Program with three rotations you will be involved in several ongoing projects and you will have a mentor supporting your professional and personal development. • You hold a master’s degree in Audio, DSP, Acoustics, Software, Electro Technology, Project Management Engineering etc. and have delivered excellent results, which are shown in your grade point average
• You have an international mindset and navigate skillfully in different cultures
• You are curios by heart, quality driven, technical minded and a self-driven team player.
• We expect you to have finalized your master thesis up to one year before you start
• You can start in September 2018

After the application deadline selected candidates will be invited to participate in an Assessment Day - here the candidates will join interviews, group work and project solving for a whole day.

The Assessment day will take place the 8th of May, 2018.
