• Management of end to end product life cycle across Australia & New Zealand liaising with global network
• Develop and implement product and price positioning, product road map, launch strategy, and go to market launch plans
• Be the resident product expert
• Organise and deliver comprehensive product training and materials for internal departments
• Liaise with key customers to maintain existing or implement new documentation for accurate ordering of products and providing training support
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product training program for internal departments and supporting external training needs as required
• Project management
• Manage product approvals and work with QA to ensure registrations and regulations are met across industry bodies

Experience & Skills
• 4 years relevant experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Audiology
• Certificate IV in Training and assessment
• Audiology experience
• Clinical experience
• Project Management
• Training experience
• Willingness to learn and embrace change in a fast moving environment
• Effective and confident communicator
• Proactive, motivated and a real self-starter
• Can work within tight deadlines
• Flexible and calm under pressure
• All applicants must be, or eligible to be, full Members of Audiology Australia

• Previous relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in the hearing industry and/or knowledge of ReSound products
