- The sales manager will primarily base in Kuala Lumpur and report to Country Manager of Malaysia on daily partner and customer activities including monthly submission of sales out and pipeline report, CRM and any ad-hoc reporting
- Manage through strong discipline around business reviews, sales forecasting, and sell-out/sales-through channel
- Meet and exceed sales quota assigned
- To be self- motivated and proactive in consulting and adding value as a services business environment to channel partner and customer (account)
- Aggressively hunt for new business, as well as managing existing accounts across all verticals in designated area which including but not limit to only in Perak, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak
- Develop and implement sales engagement strategies to achieve optimum channel and customer coverage as well as grow market share and brand equity for Jabra in Perak, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak
- Create and execute Go-To-Market channel sales plans for assigned territory
- Plan and execute channel motivation and enable programs to grow channel base and sales per channel through the distributors. Work closely with the programs, pricing, and marketing resources to drive regular channel marketing programs
- Define/drive improvements to the channel sales process
