Job Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Student Help to join one of our brand teams with the aim to develop and grow one of our premium brands; Beltone. The Beltone Brand Team currently consists of 2 experienced and passionate marketers and a graduate. It’s a small team which means that the right candidate will have a lot of responsibility and the possibility to make a real difference in building our brand and taking it to the next level.

Your primary focus area will be within digital marketing, such as online lead management, SoMe activities, and website management, but you will also help the team with planning and developing general marketing initiatives as well as campaigns. This will allow you to get a thorough understanding of how a Global Marketing department functions.

Your key tasks will be to:
• Contribute to the development and creation of a strong internal and external brand and global marketing campaign.
• Assist in developing and executing on various parts of larger campaigns and/or product launches. This could for example be sell-in materials, catalogues, POS and event materials, technical and data-sheets.
• Develop the content creation for digital media – from web, e-mail automation to SoMe, towards Hearing Care Professionals and consumers. In collaboration with the digital team, you will help optimize site performance to ensure the best visitor experience, and monitor any performance related issues.
• Provide innovative ideas on how to optimize online lead generation
• Manage and maintain website guidelines and governance for the global websites.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and teams across GN Hearing.
• Support the brand team with various ad-hoc tasks.

Preferred profile
• Project management & organizational skills, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and display strong self-initiative.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Flair for building internal business relationships.
• Strong English skills, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interest in technology, user experience and digital marketing.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Experience with digital marketing software like Sitecore, Pardot etc. is a plus.
• A good understanding of the main Microsoft Office applications is a requirement.
• You are probably on your last semester of you Bachelor’s degree or first semester of your Master’s degree within marketing, communications, or web development.

Please note that it is not a requirement that you speak Danish.
