GN Netcom, a global leader in innovative headset solutions, is looking for a talented and passionate Channel Marketing Manager Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) to develop and execute the regional Marketing Strategy for Jabra, and adapt it to the local business needs. The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for all the communication and sales tools, as well as being the key contact of the local suppliers: telemarketing agencies, designers, and PR agencies. The Channel Marketing Manager knows the local business needs and works closely with the distribution partners. The Channel Marketing Manager also supports the local marketing “back-office” flow (CRM, partner portal, website…etc) with the help of the European and Global Marketing Department.

You will have a key role in EMEA Marketing, based from home office in the Benelux and you will report to the South Europe Channel Marketing Director.

You will have a role across Benelux, and be responsible for the relations and contacts to the sales channels in the region on a B2B level as well as the local marketing flow.

Travelling across the region and occasionally to other EMEA Jabra Locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Execution of the channel marketing plan including channel communications, channel events, online and offline marketing
- Strong leverage of the centrally created channel marketing programs, campaigns and assets
- Work hand in hand with local sales to develop and execute specific sell-out plans together for priority partners
- Work closely with distribution in region to develop strong channel acquisition & channel enablement activities
- Own the marketing relationship for key target partners (including DMRs, SIs, Telcos, IT resellers and online resellers) and develop ‘through partner’ marketing plans to drive strong demand generation activities as well as excellent online experience and strategic alliances
- Report on priority channel account marketing plans and overall channel marketing plan and performance against agreed metrics on a monthly basis
- Manage MDF fund for the region
- Launch products to the partner community
- Manage local channel communications framework including email & partner sites
- Execute on key strategic alliance initiatives within global plan
- Execution of limited end customer activities as required e.g. events

Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience within marketing, release or launch, preferably within field marketing. Experience from the IT industry is preferred but not required, experience in B2B model required for at least 2 years (Distributors, 2d T resellers...etc). You understand customer needs – both end-users and companies. Finally you must be able to communicate fluently and efficiently in English and Dutch. French and Flemish an advantage.
