Business Product Manager orchestrating for success across the value chain

Drive cross-functional execution to realize and maximise business results
You will be based in HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen Singapore and join our large Enterprise Solutions Management team responsible for GN Audio Business-to-Business solutions.

You will act as the commercial go-to-person and escalation point for our global team, in regard to the product category you will become responsible for.

You will actively participate in business performance and decision making meetings with our Global Management Team.

You will interact and collaborate with all functions across the value chain, and typically define temporary core teams when facilitating specific business initiatives or projects.

Explain the role; Tasks – Actions – Expected results (or success criteria)
You are accountable for Business Case realization from BC initiation to EOL – across all functions.
Key tasks
• Realize BC and maximize business results
o Focus on optimizing spend across functions
o Focus on growing revenue / drive up run rate

• Assess objectively functional plans and performance
o Drive cross-functional gate cadence

• Identify and pursue BC improvement possibilities
o Collaborate at functional level to understand ways to positively impact the BC (cost and revenue)
o Represent a surface issues early culture

You are entitled to and obligated to request functional plan changes, in order to realize and maximise business results within your area of responsibility. The key to succeeding in this role fully depends on how you apply this mandate combined with your personal level of pro-activeness and collaborative approach.

Required business skills and competencies
A strong business understanding with high level of execution focus ranging from strategic to operational level is required
• Professional Project / Program Management experience / certified
• Process compliance mind-set
• IT / ERP confident (CRM, SAP, AX)
• Budget / accounting confident
• Legal / contracting confident

Personal skills
• Experienced with leadership across organizational levels
• Proven cross-functional business understanding
• Proven Program Management skills, in a complex business environment – sales / solution selling background is a plus
• Clear written and oral communication, in English
• Objective, fact based and data driven
• Strong problem solving skills, conflict confident
• Determined to follow up and follow through
