The position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job responsibilities
The International/Regional Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for the Distributor Business across all our brands in the GCC. Together with the corresponding International Sales Director, the ISM is accountable for both top line and bottom line performance in the region and will be making mid‐to- long term business strategic plans and be responsible for the execution.

The ISM collaborates actively with the GDS team and other relevant departments to achieve good result, further develop the department, our service and offerings, with the ultimate goal to grow
business, become a better business partner and allow for smooth processes in the team and the
company.

ISM reports to the corresponding regional International Sales Director, Global Distributor Sales.

Sales Management partner level
• Maintain and support distributors in the given region/markets and achieve business growth
• Develop short and long term market/account specific business plan and strategy and take it into execution.
• Initiate and conduct products launch, products training and promotions to achieve sales target and margin.
• Account (/market/region) specific price management to optimize company profitability and growth
• Build on good customer relationship by efficient customer relationship management and logistics coordination
• Initialize and supervise product registration/homologation processes in a proactive and timely manner in order ensure competitiveness in the markets
• Represent the company at local seminars or other type of local events
• Continuous first‐point‐of‐contact support
• Undertake the annual budget of revenue for the given markets/accounts
• Plan and actively support product launches and ensure the timely and successful launch in the markets / with our partners
• Monitor customers´ payment behavior closely and intervene and prepare for solutions when necessary

Sales responsibilities on market & regional level
• Identify new opportunities and potential partners in the region; monitor competitor activities
• Monitor tender opportunities together with the distributors and define our tender offers
• Coordinate with relevant internal resources to support the customers and achieve business success
• Develop sales and marketing tools with distributors for relevant markets or entire region
• Strategic channel and brand management
• Report to ISD on sales performance, marketing activities, outlook and planning
• Budget responsibility for profit, revenue and expense on account level
• Coordinate and plan in‐depth product/audiology/software trainings and seminars to be executed by Product & Audiology Trainer

Internal collaboration
Collaboration with the GDS team and other relevant departments to achieve good result, further develop the department and our service and offerings, with the ultimate goal to grow business, become a better business partner and allow for smooth processes in the team and the company.
• Ensure that the GDS team is informed about activities, trends, success stories or challenges in the region
• Active contribution to the planning of international customer events and seminars
• Specific appointments in the department: to represent GDS, lead and/or contribute to specific projects, eg. Defining specific process GDS internally or together with other departments

Preferred candidate
We expect that you have the following competencies and experience:
• Strong Commercial mindset with experience in managing Distributors or B2B Medical Devices within multinational company.
• Experience in Consumer Medical devices is preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 Years Regional GCC experience.
• Minimum 5 years Sales Managerial Experience required.
• Arabic speaker is a must.
• MBA is an added value.
