Position overview
Do you have experience of working with IT channels within EMEA? We are looking for a skilled EMEA Channel Marketing Manager who has experience of working in a complex IT or a telecoms organisation ideally in a channel marketing role.

The EMEA Channel Marketing Manager has responsibility for supporting the pan-EMEA execution of channel communications, events and priority pan-EMEA enterprise channel partners.

Success will be measured by the following:
• Increased levels of partner engagement through communications, online platforms, assets and programs.
• Increase in trading partner accounts

Primary responsibilities
• Manage the planning and execution of Jabra and third party pan-EMEA events
• Be an integral part of the EMEA Enterprise Channel Marketing team working alongside regional Channel Marketing Managers to support in market activation of Jabra One Partner Programme and product launches
• Own the EMEA enterprise ‘to’ channel marketing communications plan including a strong focus on the SME digitally managed base
• Coordinate the content calendar across the region ensuring alignment to the plan and timely execution
• In close cooperation with sales and regional marketing analyse sales data to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the EMEA region
• Work alongside the central Enterprise channel marketing team to coordinate delivery of key Jabra One programmes in market
• Work closely with sales on selected pan-EMEA named partner accounts to create marketing account plans where appropriate
• Provide additional executional support in market as needed to ensure timely delivery of plan
• Monitor activity & report results for the EMEA region on channel marketing, adjust and refine the plan to improve success rates

Required experience
• A minimum of 7 years managing channel marketing communications
• Experience of face to face engagement with channel partners
• Degree or marketing qualification ideally
• Knowledge of the IT channel and how to communicate successfully
• Understanding of CRM & digital marketing automation platforms
• Experience of executing high quality impactful events
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external agency management
• Proven ability to build strong channel marketing plans and execute against them
• Previous experience in working within a remote environment
• Experience of managing budgets
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and marketing automation tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English skills to an exceptional standard (written & verbal)
• Team oriented, with the ability to establish and foster strong internal & vendor relationships
• Detail oriented, with strong prioritization skills to multi-task effectively
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to work well across multiple cross-functional teams and time zones
• Proven ability to handle many diverse projects at once and meet deadlines with shifting priorities

Some international travel will be required.
